Or from inside the app: Settings β Send feedback. That route carries your app version and device model along, which usually saves a round of questions.
For anything about a chart that will not import, attach the file if you may share it, or a photo of the page. It is the fastest way to a real answer.
Three ways in: a PDF from Files, Mail or a message; a .xsd file from Pattern Maker; a .saga file from Cross Stitch Saga. Open the file and share it to Stitchkin, or use the import button in the library. A PDF then asks you to confirm the grid once β that single step is what makes every later tap land on the right cell.
Both are fixable by hand and neither loses your stitching. Re-run the alignment step for the pages that look wrong, or drag the seam where it belongs. Large charts printed across many sheets are the hardest case in the whole app β if it will not come out right, send us the file and we will look at it ourselves.
Open the chartβs legend and correct the row: point at the symbol on the page, or draw a box around the part of the legend that holds it. Corrections apply to the whole chart at once.
Recognising printed symbols is the heaviest thing Stitchkin does; on a big chart it can keep the phone busy for several minutes. Turn off Settings β Read the chart and everything else keeps working β you just pick thread colours yourself.
In iOS Settings β your name β Subscriptions, or from inside the app: Settings β Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Settings β Restore purchases, with the same Apple Account that bought it. If that does not do it, write to us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
Your subscription travels with your account: sign in and it is there. Your charts and progress travel only if Settings β iCloud was on before the switch, or if you restored the new device from a backup of the old one. Turn iCloud on before you change devices, not after.
Tap the person, then β’β’β’ β Report profile; a whole group is reported from Report this group at the bottom of the group screen. We act within 24 hours. The Community Guidelines explain what is allowed and what happens next.
Open your profile, tap the gear, then Delete account. What exactly it removes β and what it does not β is on the deleting your account page.
No. They stay on the device, or in your own iCloud if you turn sync on. We hold no copy. The full account is in the Privacy Policy.
Useful to include, if you have it: what you were doing, what happened instead, your device and iOS version, and a screenshot or a screen recording. Sending it through Settings β Send feedback saves you the trouble β the app version and device model go along by themselves. Anything reproducible gets fixed far faster than anything described.
